Le Parkour, the art of deplacement, has had many documentaries filmed about it. One is called Jump London. This Le Parkour video was obviously filmed in London. It is very long but watch some of it at least, it has great footage.

Le Parkour is an athletic way to get form one place to another. Le Parkour has its roots in gymnastics. It’s founder is David Belle. Here is a le Parkour video with English subtitles.
