They are new but my guess is they will be booming soon since they charge nothing. If you have a real need to learn the language then I think Rosetta Stone is the way to go. If you have an interest in learning the language but might not stick to it then Rosetta Stone is an expensive hobby. I'd try some of the free online materials. It depends on your needs. If you are going to spend any money at all on language learning I highly recommend Rosetta Stone, it's expensive but I have not found anything close to what it offers.
