Hi Owen, I got your word about meeting up with other bloggers. I think there should be another meeting of them early in May (unless the French holidays get in the way) and I will look into it for us.

We even met up with LIF for drinks at a local cafe. It is a small world. I think I found his blog before we even moved to France. We commented on each others blogs and then live in the same city and have had dinner after the drinks. I know some people think the internet discourages human interaction but I disagree. I think antisocial people use the internet in such a way that is discouraging but for social people who crave interaction they manage on the internet as well. Any other bloggers in France want to have a drink somewhere, sometime?

As you know, LIF is one of my favorite bloggers. It seems that most stereotypes are assigned by those who have never been to the country they’re stereotyping. It’s kind of like the story about the three blind guys describing an elephant.
