I wish I could rent a car and just drive around France as my Canadian co-worker did a few years ago. Well, I could do that. It’s when I had to get out of the car and walk that it would do me in. C’est la vie. I’ll just have to settle for pictures and live vicariously through others.

Well this summer would not be the summer to do it with the dollar still terrible and the price of gas is way out of hand. I find that living here and needing to travel a little bit you get to see such a wide variety of places. It’s nothing like when you travel from one place to another in the US and the little places in between are usually horrible. It’s quite the opposite.
