Jean-Jacques and I have been traveling around to the little villages that surround Toulouse. We stumbled upon Lavaur by accident. I had seen a listing months ago for a grange, think big barn made of stone that is empty, for sale in Lavaur. We have dreamed of buying a grange and creating a home and doing exactly what we wanted with the home, from scratch. The other day we were driving around and we saw the sign for Lavaur and we decided to stop and see what it was like. It was a beautiful little town. Here are some pictures. I’m going to do a little research and find out more.
