Many of our friends did not know much, if anything at all, about Toulouse. Since this blog is about our moving there, I thought I should start posting about the city. Here is a video I found on YouTube that shows many neighborhoods of the city. The Drum and Bass soundtrack gets annoying after a while, but at least it isn’t Johnny Halliday. It doesn’t focus on the most beautiful parts of the city, but it gives you an impression of the size of the city. I think the city and the suburbs have about 1.2 million people and it is one of the fastest growing metropolis’ in Western Europe. I’ll start including more Toulouse oriented content.
