I know someone who will miss Philadelphia’s heat. Jozi spends her days on the deck in the blazing sun, on the stone path in the backyard after it has heated up to nearly 100 degrees, in the grass in the back for a slightly cooler spot, and occasionally under the bushes in the back for shade. She is a long haired cat. I cannot imagine that it feels good, but she seems to like it. Those of you from CA who knew her would be amazed at how social, friendly, and affectionate she has become.
